The item is in stock and ready to be shipped add it to your cart and proceed with payment shipment is made within 1/3 days from payment with the packaging written on the product page, tracking code and details are given to the email provided while filling in the cart form

When proceeding with the purchase you buy the item and you will be contacted to arrange pick-up or special shipment at your charge, the definition of delivery or the cancellation of the order must take place within 7 days from the purchase, if the order is cancelled after this period you will be refunded with a 30% deduction as a deposit

Returns and refund

For items on sale, the condition is "seen and liked". Returns are possible only if the goods are seriously damaged during delivery and only if photos are provided as documentation: in this case, we recommend not to collect the package or, if already delivered, not to open it, under penalty of refusal of the refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and, in the event of proven responsibility of the Courier, the return shipping costs will also be refunded.

The refund will be made within 30 days of the return of the goods in the manner and details with which you made the payment. It is not possible to make the refund to details other than those already in our possession unless you expressly request it in writing. In no case will refunds be made by postal order or cash. Refunds are not possible in the case of goods at a discounted price or in the case of items sent in digital format.
